A new stand alone Music Centre with 160 seat auditorium, practice rooms, teaching rooms, exhibition space, and a fully equipped commercial level recording studio. Due to start on site January 2010.

GIRLS’ BOARDING ACCOMMODATION
A 5 storey annexe to an existing boarding house comprising a mix of single, double, and tripple bedrooms with en-suite facilities, dance studios and flat for resident matron.

DESIGN TECHNOLOGY CENTRE
Transformation through remodelling and refurbishment of an existing building on the Eastbourne College campus. Now a 'state-of-the-art' Design Technology Centre.

SCIENCE CENTRE
A 12 Laboratory stand alone Science Department with ancillary stores, preparation and project rooms.
